So what’s the problem with milk? So you can have dairy products have been since childhood and believe that are good for us. Containing proteins and minerals, so it must be healthy? Nothing could be further from the truth! As a nutritionist I see customers every week with health problems can be attributed to cow’s milk. And when going through food intolerance testing, most realize they have severe reactions to dairy !
If you suffer from digestive problems caused by cow’s milk / lactose intolerance are not unusual. It is estimated that 3 / 4 of the world’s population suffers from problems of food intolerance. Over 90% of all health problems may be related to the state of the digestive system. It is therefore important to keep your digestive system running smoothly and be aware of how a balanced diet and good nutrition can help your body and general welfare.

If your digestion is dodgy, or you have any of the above symptoms, either completely avoid cow’s milk or kept to a minimum and ensure that whatever you buy is organic.
Important information on nutrition products
Dairy products are high in saturated fats, synthetic estrogens, antibiotics and pesticide residues unless they are organic. Do you really want to subject your body to these harmful toxins? Synthetic estrogens lead to an excess of estrogen in the body that represents the high incidence of hormone related cancers such as breast, ovarian and prostate cancer. These cancers can be prevented and cured by eliminating all dairy products.
Milk is an animal protein. Tested Milk contains calcium, but if you consume a large quantity of milk products are excreted more calcium than milk you take in. has been scientifically shown to cause osteoporosis!
It is a common misconception that dairy products are a good source of calcium and nutrition for humans, since we can not break down lactose, the sugar in milk, which then leads to digestive problems.
It is interesting to note that breast fed babies absorb more calcium from its mother’s milk from cow milk, which contains four times more calcium. The key is how our body uses the calcium that our systems were not designed to cope with the lactose in cow’s milk. Milk is meant that the stomach of calves were specially designed for this.
Good nutritional food sources of calcium are sesame seeds and sunflower, all green leafy vegetables, especially where, nuts, fish, especially bones, rice, soy milk, oatmeal, beans, tofu and seaweed.

I have been experiencing chronic sinus problems. I use a neti pot which does give me some relief however the sinus pain & burning resurfaces when I eat or drink anything. I’m suspicious this is some sort of food allergy. Does anyone have any insight or tips for dealing with this problem?
