Food Intolerances can manifest differently in everyone, from skin rashes, to headaches it is hard to know when a symptom is caused by food intolerances. However, we know it is a food intolerance if those symptoms persist, if they are chronic and re-appear constantly there is a good chance that the root of the problem is in the food you eat. As you can see food intolerance can be very complex, this is why a blood test is the best way to identify which foods are causing harm to your body.
