Food Intolerances can manifest differently in everyone, from skin rashes, to headaches it is hard to know when a symptom is caused by food intolerances. However, we know it is a food intolerance if those symptoms persist, if they are chronic and re-appear constantly there is a good chance that the root of the problem is in the food you eat. As you can see, the symptoms associated with food intolerances are overwhelming ! On top of it all food intolerance has been linked to many diseases such as ADHD, cronh’s disease, celiac disease and many more. As you can see food intolerance can be very complex, this is why a blood test is the best way to identify which foods are causing harm to your body.
